|EURIDA Research Management specializes in the support of universities, SMEs, research institutes and organizations in the internationalization of their research activities as well as the development and implementation of funded research projects.
The focus is on major European research projects and international cooperation, since those entail special requirements in the areas of project development and research management for applicants. Profound internationalization strategies, the clean and methodical development of project ideas, their embedding in European and international funding strategies and policies, and a strong project management go hand in hand and, as a whole, form the basis for the successful positioning of research groups, companies or organizations in the national and international research environment.
We assist our clients in designing and implementing their internationalization strategies and support the development and implementation of their project ideas. We use methods such as the Project Cycle Management (PCM) and the Logical Framework Approach (LFA), which over years and decades have proved successful and are also used by funding bodies such as the European Commission (EC). This gives our clients the advantage of compatibility with European evaluation and quality criteria and significantly increases the success rate in public funding.
The CEO of EURIDA Research Management, Rita Clancy, and her team hold years of experience in various European and international funding programmes, including the European Research Framework Programme, Eurostars, Life+ and IMI.
The 8th Framework Programme, Horizon 2020, with its aim to tackle societal challenges by helping to bridge the gap between research and the market and with public engagement and international cooperation as important cross-cutting priorities is and will be at the core of EURIDA’s activities during its duration from 2014-2020.
